Training

Do you work with groups? Do you want to refine your team leading and facilitator skills? Learn about new methodologies and tools that make use of the ecological approach and system thinking? If so, then we recommend this international training for you!

Come on a journey with other eco conscious young adults

The Young Eco Facilitators for the Sustainable Future project brings together Hungarian, Romanian, Slovakian and Spanish NGOs in an Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership to make a multi level project, where we would reach our end-goal of prolonging the experience of being connected with nature for as many youngsters as we can, by educating them. We will use the strength of facilitation and coaching to develop your competencies through the horizontal topics of human-ecology, sustainable development and environmental consciousness.

By gaining these skills and methods of the environmental consciousness approach, YOU as the future ecofacilitators will become mediators to fellow youngsters by organizing local activities, and gain more practice of the art of facilitation. By using this online platform, which makes it easier for us to share and collect this knowledge and develop the required competencies from all over the world.

The project gives a holistic approach about the environment and sustainability and raises the understanding and systematical thinking of youth work.

Last but not least, by the end of this project we want to have an international group of young facilitators who are able to work and cooperate in the partner organizations' life on local and international level. Thus fulfilling the capacity building needs of all partners of creating such a network of experts who are equally qualified as a facilitator and as expert on sustainable development.
